src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t2d\/1\/16\/1f4cd.png\"> En la localidad de Sauce de Luna, en el d\u00eda de ayer 23 de octubre, el Presidente Municipal Sr. Alcides Alderete encabez\u00f3 la paritaria con los representantes de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE), con el objetivo de analizar la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y financiera del municipio y acordar medidas de recomposici\u00f3n salarial y mejoras laborales para el personal municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego del an\u00e1lisis realizado, se resolvi\u00f3 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Aumento remunerativo del 6%, correspondiente a la recomposici\u00f3n salarial derivada del incremento inflacionario de los meses de julio, agosto y septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Bono no remunerativo de $30.000, a abonarse con los haberes del mes de octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Reconocimiento por el D\u00eda del Empleado Municipal, a otorgarse el 7 de noviembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Pases de personal: 4 jornalizados a planta permanente, 3 recategorizaciones y 4 pases de contratados a jornalizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Entrega de indumentaria, comenzando con el personal del \u00e1rea de recolecci\u00f3n de residuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd39\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf3\/1\/16\/1f539.png\"> Sostenimiento del adicional no remunerativo del 4%, destinado a paliar el incremento de los aportes jubilatorios establecidos por el Gobierno Provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udef1\ud83c\udffc\u200d\ud83e\udef2\ud83c\udffd\" permanente, la responsabilidad institucional y la mejora continua, siempre dispuesta a fortalecer las condiciones laborales y a seguir construyendo un municipio donde cada trabajador sea valorado por
